Package One: Individual Leader Support
Let's build a successful system one leader at a time. Through coaching and mentoring, leaders will grow in their own profession to build the skills needed to improve their building culture and the over all performance of their teaching staff. I will work with school leaders individually to develop successful habits that will impact teacher efficacy and improve student outcomes.
What’s Include?
Coaching
8 coaching sessions 1 hour long each. These are scheduled usually once a month to support leaders year long. Coaching sessions are used to support the individual needs of each leader. During these sessions leaders can discuss topics of their choice. Coaching sessions can be used to discuss a variety of topics. Some popular topics discussed are: challenges leaders face in their school / district, strengths and weaknesses effecting growth in staff / students or frustrations based on school culture or the struggles of teacher retention.
Resources:
Participants will receive organizers, resources and planning tools to implement and sustain a successful school system. A year long weekly email with ideas for success, team builders and printable/digital resources will be sent. Access to online videos and tutorials to support culture, consistency and communication. A month by month checklist to stay organized and on track for success and plus so much more.

Package Two: Leadership Team Support
In-Person on Campus
Let's build a successful system collaboratively with your leadership team. Through collaboration and team work, great things can be achieved. I will work with school leadership teams to develop successful habits that impact teacher efficacy and improve student outcomes.
This package is priced for a leadership team of 8. **More participants can be added at an additional price.

Package Three: Year Long Team Support for Success
Leadership development is an investment. Through collaboration, team work and continued learning, leaders can reignite their fire to help improve their school success rate. School leaders will attend a 3 day in-person training to develop successful habits that will improve school culture, grow teacher leaders and help set clear expectations for more consistency.
This package is priced for a leadership team of 8. **More participants can be added at an additional price.
What’s Include?
In Person Trainings
Each leader will attend 3 in-person trainings broken into 1 Fall, 1 Winter and 1 Spring date for continued support.
Fall / Day 1: Goal: Organize the year through consistency and empowering others to be leaders
The Focus: Structuring the year for success, simple ways to improve school culture and growing teacher leader (delegating not dumping on the same teachers)
Winter / Day 2: Goal: Improve relationships through good communication to grow a positive culture
The Focus: Setting clear expectations, building school wide relationships and improving communication for success. Plus a bonus! A referral activity that will save you so much time and many headaches by eliminating the traditional “Go to the office” routine!
Spring / Day 3: Goal: Reflect on individual successes and challenges to plan action steps for future growth and positive change.
The Focus: Reflect through guided questions to plan action steps needed for continued growth, learn ways to gather staff data for culture & school goals, participate in activities that can be taken back and used with BLT & staff and learn strategies to get more “teacher buy-in” for over all school improvement.

Full Day “Check In” on District Campus
